Abstract

一种燃料油光氧化脱硫方法,将燃料油和水按一定的体积比混合、搅拌,并溶解一定量的光敏剂,以高压汞灯为光源进行照射,同时通入空气,并加入吸附剂以增大溶液中氧气的溶解量,即可以实现对燃料油中含硫化合物的氧化,反应2~5h后,将油品与水分离,燃料油中的含硫化合物被氧化为亚砜、砜、硫酸盐等极性物质,转移到极性的水中而从燃料油中脱去,从而达到脱硫的目的。其中,光敏剂为维生素B2、蒽醌、苯甲酮,吸附剂为沸石、4A分子筛、硅胶、V
The fuel oil photooxidizing and desulfurizing process includes mixing fuel oil and water in certain volume ratio via stirring, dissolving certain amount of photosensitizer, irradiating with high pressure mercury vapor lamp as light source while introducing air and adding adsorbent to increase the oxygen dissolving amount in the solution so as to oxidize the sulfur compounds in fuel oil, and separating oil and water after reaction for 2-5 hr so as to transfer the oxidized sulfur compounds into polar water and realize the aim of desulfurizing fuel oil. Of the process, the photosensitizer is vitamin B2, anthraquinone and benzophenone; and the adsorbent is zeolite, 4A molecular sieve, silica gel and V2O5. The fuel oil photooxidizing and desulfurizing process has low cost.
