Abstract

本发明提供了一种奶酪制备工艺,它包括以下步骤:首先将牛奶煮沸,加入白砂糖,搅拌,然后降温;接着加入米酒,搅拌均匀,装碗;最后进行烤制,出炉后洒上松仁,得到成品。本发明还提供了由此制备工艺制得的奶酪。本发明所述的奶酪制备工艺简便易行,成本低廉,而且制作周期较传统方法大为缩短。采用本发明所述的制备工艺制得的奶酪营养丰富,品质稳定,口感凉润滑腻。
A cheese with rich nutrients and good enjoyment to eat it is prepared from milk through boiling, adding granular white sugar, stirring, cooling, adding rice wine, stirring, loading it in bowls, roasting and adding the pine seed kernels on its surface.
